Reporting to the Head of High-Performance Coaching, the primary purpose of the High-Performance Coaching Consultant role is to enable HP coaches and National Sport Organisations (NSOs) to provide athletes with the coaching they need. Furthermore, the role will lead the Core Knowledge program an HPSNZ coach education initiative designed to elevate essential knowledge and critical skills early in the High-Performance Coach pathway.
