**Alumni Officer**:
The College is seeking a highly organised, "people" person for the role of Alumni Officer. This is full-time position, with its purpose being to facilitate the College’s active alumni relations programme, maintain the Alumni database, and support the Development Office and Scots Collegians Association with alumni activities.

- Appropriate qualifications or experience in related field
- Experience of working in Alumni, communications, or marketing within an education environment
- Experience of planning, delivering, and hosting events
- Savvy in effective use of websites, social media, and database management
- Be innovative, pro-active, and detail oriented.
- Willing to be flexible with hours of work, including some weekend and evening work
- The ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a wide range of individuals
- Personable, friendly, and approachable
