**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

The Head of CRL Delivery is accountable for the leadership of the AT project teams responsible for the owner interface management, technical assurance, construction assurance, testing and

commissioning, operational readiness, maintenance readiness, asset transfer, customer experience, systems integration and communication and engagement on the CRL Delivery programme.

The Head of CRL Delivery is accountable for the successful start of operations of the project and provide the leadership coaching and guidance to the team to develop embed and sustain a high performance culture.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**

**Key Skills**:

- Engineering or Planning Degree (or similar)
- Project or Programme Management qualification desirable
- Relevant degree in transport, engineering management or related field
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and operational criteria.
- 10 years experience in programme management
- 20years experience in rail industry, systems engineering and integration
- 20 years experience in public transport, rail operations and operational readiness of rail systems
