**About the Team**
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
You’ll lead a fast-paced, hard working Financial Services Operations team responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes to our customers and our business
**The Role**
- Lead, motivate, and coach members of the Financial Services Operations Team and be an active and valued contributor within the Leadership Group, championing the development and embedding of a data driven culture
- Operational accountability for the effective delivery of onboarding and support across various financial services products covering BankFeeds, PaySuper & Online Invoice Payments across Australia & New Zealand.
- Provide leadership across core Financial Services Operations functions including; Assessment, Onboarding & Configuration, Administration, Settlement & Reconciliation, System Administration, Risk Management, Account Management & Operational/Management Reporting
- Actively contribute to the successful launch and support of new financial services offerings or features to existing services
- Actively monitor and pursue opportunities to reduce production costs and optimise existing processes and tools for effectiveness, quality and simplification.
- Ensure effective resource planning, training, coaching, staff development, succession planning and performance management mechanisms are in place

You are a driven, self-motivated, resourceful, naturally curious leader who uses a creative mind-set to solve problems and help the team achieve excellence consistently. You have a superior understanding of how to lead and drive a successful Financial Services Operations function. You enjoy gaining and sharing information with the team and are comfortable with change, able to adapt as needed.
- Strong people leadership skills, developing, coaching and mentoring Leaders and supporting them with their teams to deliver on business outcomes
- Understanding of financial operations landscape from within financial services, banking or payments industries
- An outcome orientated leader, flexible leadership style, comfortable with prioritising to deliver on business outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience across Financial Services related compliance frameworks covering obligations under AFSL, Austrac, AML/CTF, ASIC and Privacy regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience operating within the complaint resolution frameworks i.e. AFCA.
- Good judgement, initiative and innovative decision-making skills
- Adept in engaging, collaborating and communicating with executive team and senior business leaders
