**Payroll Specialist**

Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed in both the HR system and the Payroll system accurately and on time
- Identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging our existing technology and provide solutions to prevent reoccurring issues
- Provide payroll and legislative advice and solutions to all employees
- Collaborate, share knowledge, and promote professional development internally, and with external vendors
What skills, knowledge and experience you will bring?
- Proven experience and knowledge of payroll, payroll processes and relevant legislation.
- Proficient with HR/Payroll systems(Oracle HCM, iChris, Oracle SQL), Microsoft Office, and Dynamics 365
- Experience in data management, reporting and quality assurance practices
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment, adaptable and well organised
