Gaming Machine Attendant

**The environment**:
As you can imagine, the casino isn't your typical workplace Our attendants are based in the heart of our main gaming floor set amongst all the action. They ensure our Gaming Machine customers have the best experience each and every time they come to visit
You'll spend your day roaming the area making sure customers are having fun on our casino main floor. You'll assist customers mainly by helping with minor machine repairs (which you'll be fully trained on) and general queries. You'll be supporting our host responsibility programme by ensuring our customers are gaming responsibly as well as maintaining a clean area i.e tucking away chairs & removing empty glasses. You'll also be walking a fair bit during your shift (usually anywhere upwards of 10km) so this role isn't for the faint-hearted If you love the thought of working up your step count whilst at work - look no further
**Would you make a good Attendant?**
- You'll be passionate about customer service and will understand the importance of managing confidential information.
- You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease, and providing quality service.
- You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly, and positive nature.
- You're looking for a role that will boost your people skills whilst gaining valuable experience working at NZ largest hospitality venue
**The must-have's**:
- You'll need to be at least 20 years of age.
- Have a good credit history due to gaming licence requirements.
- Have flexible availability to work across our 24/7 operation and particularly strong availability to work night shifts over the weekends.
