We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our RMO Unit

The RMO Unit plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our junior doctors (Resident Medical Officers) ranging from the first year out of medical school to their final year in training. You will get to know our junior doctors and provide valuable assistance to their work in Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke's Bay.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and functional assistance to support the effective and efficient operation of the RMO Unit and RMO Workforce. You'll be joining an existing team of coordinators so being a team player is a must.

You will need to be someone who is self-motivated, has great initiative and excellent communication skills. Professionalism is key to this position and you will need to be relied upon to effectively manage confidential information which means you need to have superior planning and organisations skills.

This position would interest someone who is looking for the opportunity to gain additional administration skills and learn more about the running of a Hospital.
