**The Perioperative Unit employs staff across six areas**: Operating Theatres, Day Surgery Unit (DSU), Pre-Admission, Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, Sterile Services and the Anaesthesia Unit.

We are seeking a highly motivated Perioperative Relief Administrator to join our dynamic Perioperative team working part time in the Perioperative Unit.

This role will support administration support systems necessary to maintain an effective and efficient provision of services within the Peri-operative Unit. Reporting to the Perioperative Theatre Schedule Coordinator and Administrator you will support administrative tasks as and when required.
This position will also support the Administrative Roster Builders covering annual leave and busy periods.

**To be successful in this role you will require**:
Experience in an Administrator and or secretary or similar role (working in health is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
Can be relied on the effectively manage highly confidential issues
Demonstrated superior planning, organisational and forecasting skills which show attention to detail and innovative thinking
Self-motivated, flexible and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
