We are looking for a skilled Coordinator to join our RMO Unit

The RMO Unit plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our junior doctors (Resident Medical Officers) ranging from the first year out of medical school to their final year in training. You will get to know our junior doctors and provide valuable assistance to their work in Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke's Bay including rostering and leave management.

No two days will be the same in this role which takes place in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You'll be joining an existing team of administrators and coordinators so being a team player is a must. You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and have the maturity to consistently remain professional.

This position would interest someone who is looking for the opportunity to grow professional relationships, gain additional administration skills and learn more about the running of a Hospital.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and personal attributes:
Previous experience in an administrator role, working in health is an advantage.
Experiencing using Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Can be relied upon to effectively manage highly confidential issues.
