An exciting opportunity is presently available for a Contract Administrator to support our team based at our Whanganui Contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for financial administration matters required for the effective operation of the South Taranaki Contract. You will be the critical link between the client, field staff and the general public.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Provide financial administration for the Whanganui contract ie. processing of timesheets, job costings and invoices, the creation of purchase requisitions;
- General administration including handling customer enquiries, dispatch and processing of maintenance work orders, invoice processing, timesheets, stock purchase, training records and organising compliance training as required;
- Support in coordinating and reporting the operational response to requests for service as required;
- Support the Supervisors by creating work orders for Project Works and Third Party works and preparing invoices for the recovery of Veolia costs;
- Provide primary customer response to all enquiries and requests for service.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous administration experience
- Experience with a computerised maintenance management system and field asset maintenance system would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in the water industry O&M contracts or similar industry would be beneficial
- Experience in Google Suite will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisation and time management skills
