Triode Group Limited, based in Auckland, is a leading contract electronics manufacturer specialising in low to medium volume manufacturing. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and efficiency to our clients.
We're currently seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Improvement Specialist to review, redesign, and implement best-practice processes within our purchasing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current purchasing, inventory management, and dispatch processes, both documented and in practice.
- Design & Implementation: Design robust, scalable supply chain processes and systems that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy. Lead the implementation of these new systems across relevant departments.
- Documentation & Training: Develop clear, concise documentation for all new processes and systems. Provide hands-on training to ensure all team members are proficient in the new procedures.
- Hiring & Leadership: Recruit and hire a suitable manager to oversee the ongoing management of these newly implemented supply chain processes, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained success.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a framework for ongoing evaluation and improvement of the supply chain operations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in supply chain process improvement, with a track record of delivering measurable enhancements in efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performance.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to train and motivate teams. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Characteristics: A dynamic, results-oriented individual who thrives in challenging environments. The ability to navigate complex situations, make data-driven decisions, and inspire change.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
