Our fantastic client is the support office for a New Zealand-wide network of retailers. We're looking for a bright, energetic and outgoing personality with sharp admin skills to join their happy team, based in Westgate.

This role will be perfect for a real all-rounder - someone who absolutely loves to provide support wherever required, whilst really enjoying plenty of supplier and client communication.

**About the role**:

- Accounts - invoicing, monitoring accounts, budget tracking, month end, payments, etc.
- Marketing - social media, print media, website updates, etc.
- Assisting with company events, conferences, and field days
- Managing the company database and supplier agreements
- Compiling supplier updates, price lists, promos, and other information on a fortnightly basis
- Forming and maintaining relationships with stores, suppliers, and service providers

**About you**:

- You have proven accounts experience
- You are excited by a varied role and love the thought of wearing multiple hats
- You have excellent time management and pride yourself on your organisational skills
- You love collaboration and the sound of working in a supportive environment
- You love building long-term and loyal business relationships
- You are accurate and efficient with written communication and have excellent computer skills
- You are a positive individual with a warm and friendly personality - above all, you love building long-term, loyal relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members alike
