We are looking for someone who has great communication, energy and initiative; this is an opportunity to be part of a fantastic team to assist them through year-end processes

This is an ASAP start role to the end of May, for 15-20 hours per week. You will work across 4-5 days per week, ideally being office based in Grey Lynn on Thursday and Friday.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
Set up new suppliers in Xero and ApprovalMax (payment information, tax ID, approval routing, etc.)

Process supplier invoices accurately, routing them through relevant internal approvals and following up with approvers when necessary

Resolve any questions or issues that arise during invoice processing in a timely manner

Update corporate credit card feed in Zoho Expense twice a week

Monitor main accounts inbox and respond to general supplier and payment queries as needed, or forward on appropriately

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in a timely manner, following up on missing receipts

Assist with weekly inventory cycle counts

Assist with month-end close and reporting

Admin duties:
Weekly kitchen snack order from Countdown

Arrange weekly Friday lunch catering

Occasional office supplies or miscellaneous equipment order from OfficeMax and PBTech

Occasional document/package shipping

You will be an approachable, enthusiastic yet patient individual with great a work ethic who is comfortable in a diverse environment Ideally would you will have experience dealing with inventory/stock using Xero and/or Cin7 and have solid Excel skills.
