Customer Service/trade Sales Desk

We are currently looking to fill a 3 month temp role as a Fill in Customer Service/Trade sales desk, approximately 3 days per week. We can be flexible with the hours but the role will be based in Mt Wellington.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer enquiries, and assist customers with placing orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer details in our CRM system
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using computer based warehouse management programme.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries or concerns

- Great communication skills
