**Inventory Controller / Counter Sales - Dunedin**
**What does the Inventory Controller do?**
Our Inventory Controllers keep a close eye on trends to ensure stock levels are maintained, invoices are loaded, and customer orders are placed. They get stuck in and help other areas of the branch when needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Counter and telephone sales
- Customer service and sales
- Stock audits and inventory
- General administration and housekeeping (including OH&S)
- Ordering branch supplies and co-ordinating cyclic stock counts / stock cleansing
- Processing and following up overdue purchase and customer orders
- Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock
