We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional People & Culture Consultant (HR Advisor) to create value for our internal customers by providing advice, HR consultancy, and people insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Please note this is a part-time position, 4 days per week on a fixed term contract until January 2025.

**Your key areas of focus will include**:

- Delivering and implementing projects across the People & Culture team.
- Supporting leaders in performance management and other employment relations scenarios.
- Working collaboratively with HR and business leaders to deliver organisational change initiatives.
- Supporting the facilitation of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle and recommending and implementing process improvement opportunities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2 years’ experience at HR Advisor level
- Experience in project deployment
- Sound experience supporting routine and complex employment relations matters
- Previous experience with organisational change activities preferably within a large organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Continuous improvement and customer-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline desired
