**Job Description** Are you a passionate and dynamic leader with a flair for delivering unparalleled dining and beverage experiences? Movenpick Wellington invites you to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at our Forage Restaurant.**

Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable cousu main moments for our guests.
- Train & develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 star service standards
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of your team members
- Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality
- Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.

**Qualifications** Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, the below would be advantageous**:

- Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current LCQ certificate (preferred)
- Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
