What you’ll do

This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role based in Palmerston North, reporting to the Head of People. You will provide HR support to stores in the Wellington and Lower North Island Area. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, implementing HR strategies, managing risks, fostering a high-performance culture, and attracting and retaining talent. You will also act as a change leader, driving organisational effectiveness. This role requires a passion for retail, strong HR expertise, and project management skills.

Other skills and experience should include
- Project management and delivery across various streams of work engaging stakeholders end to end
- Passion for people with a proven ability to lead, coach, influence and support key partners and stakeholders
- Previous experience in a business partnering roleChange leadership and proven ability to coach and lead others through change impacts
