IPSL have been serving the kiwis for over 8 years now. IPSL have been managing multiple industries such as retails, sales, wholesale, online retail, property management and marketing. We are now expanding into production and import-export related business and actively looking to hire skilled staff to run our day to day operations. **Scope**
The manager reports to the Directors and is responsible for providing overall management of the New Zealand operations in particular sales, facilities management, staff management, Stock control and marketing supervision.
**Responsibilities**
Management & overall Control:
- Report on performance, issues and requirements to head office & relevant parties,
- Develop & maintain overall procedures in line with head office requirements,
- Assist in the development of annual office and employee KPI’s,
- Ensure suppliers, contractors and visitors are engaged as per policy and adhere to site requirements,
- Organize staff, their resourcing requirements, training and performance,
- Schedule workshop property maintenance,
- Guarantee the security of Branch property & assets,
- Form relationships and develop preferred hydraulic and electrical technicians for installations and maintenance as required,
- Ensuring documentation control and accurate record keeping,
- Converse with customers to obtain accurate information for their orders,
- Liaise with the Head office & key employees,
- Organise prompt freight, delivery or collection of customer products,
- assisting development of product catalogues,
- Ensure invoicing & order records are current and accurate,
- Assist to provide regular flow of inventory,
- Maintain & audit stock levels,
- Adhere to head office policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all loyal customers are contacted at regular intervals,
- Provide product sales support,
- Timely resolution and management of customer concerns,
- Deliver parts and new products if and when required,
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
