Infrastructure Network Specialist We’re Worldline (formerly known as Paymark) and we are New Zealand’s leading electronic payments company.

Our customers rely on us to handle payments through systems that don’t skip a beat and as such you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining our Worldline NZ infrastructure to ensure we provide a high level of availability for our products, services, and business support systems.
Here’s what you’ll spend most of your time on:·Owning incident responses by ensuring detection systems are in place and formal escalation procedures are followed ·Ensuring cost effective, secure and reliable connectivity for our merchant customers, bank customers and partners and manage the associated systems infrastructure·In conjunction with your Team Leader take ownership for the build, deployment and ongoing second- and third-line support for our infrastructure and applications·Monitoring and audit compliance and assisting with the generation/updating of these policies and other documentation.
You must be able to work in a 24x7 environment, which means being available to do after-hours support rosters and/or afterhours maintenance work.
Don’t worry though, you’ll get paid well to do this.
Here’s what we need from you.
Understanding/experience with:·Network and firewall principles ·Experience in troubleshooting Firewall, Load balancer (F5), HPE, Cisco, Wireless (Aruba), Aruba SD WAN·Knowledge of switch and routing protocols (such as BGP, OSPF, HSRP, MSTP, VRRP)·Good Network Management with tools such as Solarwinds Orion and Splunk·Experience in network security including device Hardening and patching; IDS/IPS, Firewalls and IPsec, Identity Awareness and Vulnerability assessment·Deploying Site to Site and Corporate VPN solutions·Analysing network security requirements and implement perimeter security changes·Encryption, certificates, and security concepts.
