About us Our centre features three classrooms specifically designed for different age groups, fostering Tuakana/teina relationships and engaged tamariki.
Our focus is empowering tamariki to direct their learning while ensuring they feel supported and safe.
We offer diverse open-ended and natural resources to encourage teachable moments and create happy, learning-focused experiences.
As the Centre Manager of Busy Bees Grandview, you will have access to an excellent support network within the group, along with a Regional Manager who is committed to coaching and developing your success.

About you As a Centre Manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers.
As well as being responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching, you will be an integral part of making decisions which will drive the future focus for the centre, both in terms of environment and education.
