Main tasks
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and review of office operations
Allocate human, physical, and digital resources effectively, including managing workspace, scheduling staff, and maintaining office equipment.
Maintain accurate records and financial accounts, including client files, service agreements, invoices, and payments in compliance with company policies.
Liaise with education providers, immigration advisers, and other professionals to coordinate business activities and facilitate issue resolution.
Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring all resources are available and operational.
Coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff training, payroll, and performance management.
Support the management team in developing policies, standard operating procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with report preparation and data analysis to support management decision-making.
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a diploma in business, or a bachelor’s degree in any field
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office suite
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
A strong customer focus
An ability to develop, implement and maintain administration processe
What we are offering:

Full time: Max 48 hours - Minimum 30 hours per week
Hourly rate $30 - $32 depending on experiences
