Reliability Engineer

This position provides global support, leadership and direction for reliability strategies for new and existing assets for our client’s business.
The successful candidate will assist with directly embedding the reliability principals into new capital builds through a managed capability and influence framework, including the use of codified best practices.
This position, suitable for a graduate or a person with 1-3 years’ experience, will see you working in partnership with group assets, major project, asset subject matter experts, global manufacturing groups, site operational staff and maintenance leaders to deploy and embed a standardised Global Asset Management approach, with operational and maintenance standards, processes, systems, and practices.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:

Participating in the development, stabilisation and strategic advancement of predictive and preventative maintenance practices
Ensuring new capital builds have embedded the key criteria for effectiveness of existing facilities and systems
Supporting the ongoing development and quality of group maintenance strategies
Driving significant initiatives and improvement to reduce unplanned downtime
