The Role Responsibilities As the Distribution Centre Manager, you’ll be at the helm of operations, leading a team and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your role will combine operational oversight with strategic management to meet customer needs and enhance productivity.
Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing all aspects of distribution center operations, including inventory accuracy and dispatch.
Implementing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Managing customer relationships to maintain confidence and satisfaction.
Leading and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular audits, and implementing training programs.
The Requirements To Excel In This Role, You’ll Bring5+ years of experience managing a distribution or warehouse facility.
Expertise in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
A proactive approach to meeting targets and driving operational excellence.
