Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
In this role, you'll provide executive-level support to our Chief People Officer and the wider People Leadership Team.
You'll manage all the usual things for our CPO: diary and email management, travel bookings, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll also have the chance to contribute to projects and process improvements, making a real impact on how we work.
As part of the People Team the ability to work in a confidential manner is imperative.
This is a high trust, high maturity environment where your natural proactive working style and ability to operate on your own initiative will set you up for success.

What We're Looking For
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will already be on your EA career journey, with at least 5 years' experience as an EA or similar in a large complex organisation where each day can look very different You will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information with compassion and sound judgement.
This will be coupled with advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence with digital tools and a proactive mindset - you don't wait to be asked, you make things happen.
