We mainly focus on residential building, interior design, renovation, and landscaping projects.
Our projects cover the Auckland region.
We are looking for a qualified Draftsperson to work for us in Auckland.
This permanent full-time role guarantees at least 35 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.
The minimum hourly rate is $30, and the maximum hourly rate is $33.
Responsibilities for the role:ï· Prepare plans, preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications.ï· Use CAD software to create full-scale and detailed designs of buildings, interiors, and landscaping from the architectâs rough drawings.ï· Assist Project Manager and Designer with CAD drafting after interpreting sketches and feasibility drawings.ï· Liaise with builders and contractors to create and update plans, maps, charts and drawings for projects.ï· Visit project sites to gather data needed to complete designs.ï· Study and interpret New Zealandâs Building Codes.ï· Ensure to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times.ï· Perform routine computations and plot preliminary data.ï· Coordinate work projects.
Requirements:ï· Relevant Diploma or above qualification.ï· If you do not have the required qualification, you need to have minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.ï· Excellent problem-solving skillsï· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ï· Eligibility to work in NZ.
