**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. As a Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in creating precise and accurate technical drawings and plans for a variety of projects. Your expertise in drafting software, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams will contribute to the successful execution of their projects.
- Craft detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software, with a focus on Revit & AutoCAD.
- Translate rough sketches and conceptual ideas into comprehensive, accurate drawings.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and project specifications in all drawings.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend project requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings, identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies.
- Assure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson, backed by a robust portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Revit & AutoCAD, alongside other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drafts.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, efficiently addressing challenges in the drafting process.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
