THE OPPORTUNITY: Counter balance & RF scanning experience is a MUST Ensures customer requirements are met and deliveries and pick- ups are completed in a timely and efficient manner Acts as subject matter expert for IWS & 3 PL activities.


Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department Creates, builds and maintains excellent relationships with key suppliers Drives operational strategy for IWS handling and transport in country including solution design.


Responsible for Customer Relations and acts as first point of contact for Cross Docking Customers Drives achievement of Cross Dock KPIs Assists in and executes handling of daily warehouse / cross dock operations Supports Warehouse / Cross Dock Supervisors to meet operational targets Maintains pro-active communication/relationship with both peers and customer’s trucker Attends to daily inbound/outbound activities of the Cross dock Receives, handles and transmits physical documents Records all inbound/outbound deliveries Conducts random physical inspections of the inbound/outbound cargo Observes and follows strictly the warehouse safety and security policy and procedures Observes proper use of warehouse tools and equipment including demonstrated proficiency in RF scanning , inventory control and WMS management Reports any incident inside the warehouse Is responsible for cost monitoring and implementation of cost improvement levers Ensures that all customer enquiries are responded promptly and professionally Collaborates with Operations and other functions to ensure smooth customer-related process flow Serves as escalation point for Customer Relation Specialists, customers, Operations, overseas offices and other parties 3 PL Activities Works with the transport team to Coordinate all IWS Transport/Cartage activities in the country Manage the day to day Pick pack process to ensure customer KPI’s are met.


Ensures IWS billing data is timely and accurate Coordinates the shipment status during the IWS process, and ensures resolution of incidents Creates, builds and maintains excellent relationships with key suppliers Creates, builds and maintains relationships with other internal functions (e.g.


Capacity ) Ensures that proper implementation of customer has been conducted before Operations is starting regular business service THE PROCESS: Apply with a CV online.
