Key Responsibility :
 


Prepare pizza dough to our high standard
Cook pizzas to ensure consistency and quality in every order
Regulate temperature of ovens, grills and maintain other cooking equipment
Store and maintain food
Maintain food safety records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Work closely with other kitchen team members to maintain efficiency in the kitchen environment, smooth operations and to be responsible with all kitchen equipment
Minimize food waste by actively seeking solutions to help us achieve our waste management goals
Collaborate with other kitchen team to develop new dishes, create specials and contribute to menu development
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
Advise in budgeting and estimating food and labour cost
Assist in demonstrating and mentoring junior kitchen staff, including to provide guidance on food safety regulations and kitchen management best practices.
Raise concerns to the manager for any food preparation issues


 
Requirement :


Minimum of Diploma in Cookery or higher




Minimum 3 years of experience
Must be able to make pizza dough, cook pizza and make a proper pizza sauce
Must be able to develop and create a menu
A good team player and social skills
Availability to be work on the weekend and during public holidays
