Key Responsibility :  Prepare pizza dough to our high standardCook pizzas to ensure consistency and quality in every orderRegulate temperature of ovens, grills and maintain other cooking equipmentStore and maintain foodMaintain food safety records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsWork closely with other kitchen team members to maintain efficiency in the kitchen environment, smooth operations and to be responsible with all kitchen equipmentMinimize food waste by actively seeking solutions to help us achieve our waste management goalsCollaborate with other kitchen team to develop new dishes, create specials and contribute to menu developmentAssist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as neededAdvise in budgeting and estimating food and labour costAssist in demonstrating and mentoring junior kitchen staff, including to provide guidance on food safety regulations and kitchen management best practices.Raise concerns to the manager for any food preparation issues  Requirement : Minimum of Diploma in Cookery or higher Minimum 3 years of experienceMust be able to make pizza dough, cook pizza and make a proper pizza sauceMust be able to develop and create a menuA good team player and social skillsAvailability to be work on the weekend and during public holidays If you are an experienced pizza chef, we would love to hear from you
