The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Provide HR advisory services to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Administer HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational goals and objectives.
Lead restructuring initiatives, manage redundancy processes, and handle employee disciplinaries and personal grievances.
Work autonomously while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation.
Act as a trusted HR partner, fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Key Relationships: Marketing Recruitment Operations Staff Relevant External Stakeholders Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
Experience in civil or construction preferred.
Ability and preference to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with others.
Passionate about HR, with strong influencing skills and a compassionate and resilient demeanor.
Must be open to traveling to the various work site locations when required.
