Job Description: We're in search of a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our vibrant team.
As a Software Engineer at I PTY, you'll be pivotal in crafting and maintaining software solutions that enrich the health and wellness experiences of our customers.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting software applications tailored to our unique business needs and customer preferences.
Responsibilities:
1.
Engage with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
2.
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions, encompassing applications, APIs, and integrations, aligned with our business objectives and customer expectations.
3.
Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
4.
Diagnose and resolve software issues swiftly, delivering timely solutions and enhancements to optimize system performance and reliability.
5.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our product roadmap and technology stack.
6.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the engineering team, fostering an environment of excellence and growth.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2.
Demonstrated track record as a Software Engineer, showcasing proficiency in software development and delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
3.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script, coupled with experience in modern frameworks and technologies.
4.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and practices, including Agile/Scrum, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
5.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
6.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
7.
Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
