Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer who is passionate about technology and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing advanced ICT solutions that align with our clients' needs and our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of the applications.

Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Participate in project planning and provide input on project scope and timelines.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.

Innovation:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Integrate new technologies into our solutions to enhance functionality and performance.
Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems and processes.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.

Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the smooth operation of software applications in production environments.

Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software.
Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible for future reference.
Document technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects and contributions to open-source software is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Java Script).
Experience with modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Agile, Dev Ops).
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.

Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in writing technical documentation and user guides.

Team Player:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
