Job Description:
We're in search of a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our vibrant team.

As a Software Engineer at I PTY, you'll be pivotal in crafting and maintaining software solutions that enrich the health and wellness experiences of our customers.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting software applications tailored to our unique business needs and customer preferences.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions, encompassing applications, APIs, and integrations, aligned with our business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues swiftly, delivering timely solutions and enhancements to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our product roadmap and technology stack.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the engineering team, fostering an environment of excellence and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record as a Software Engineer, showcasing proficiency in software development and delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script, coupled with experience in modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and practices, including Agile/Scrum, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
