30hrs a week with the potential for additional hours when required.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the store and sales team, assisting in leading your team to sales success.
This will include: Working collaboratively alongside the Store manager to drive sales success and foster a positive work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by forming genuine connections with repeat customers, offering a high-end styling service and comprehensive breadth of product knowledge.
Assist with all stock management, administrative duties, and any staffing management support required Drive in store operational excellence with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.
The ideal candidate will; Have a genuine enthusiasm for luxury fashion and sustainability - Sustainability is at the very core of who we are and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
Be a motivated team player with a positive outlook and a drive to achieve team sales targets.
Have previous management experience in a retail / customer service environment - This is essential.
