**More about you**
- Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs
- Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
- A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
- Ability to manage relationships at a variety of levels within the business
- A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both stakeholders and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays - for a typical Sunday to Thursday roster
