Your new role We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join one of our key Government Accounts.
The team supports various applications including Azure, D365, Power Automate, and Mule Soft.
You will be the conduit between the client and our team, ensuring service levels are met, capacity planning, ALM pipeline release, and continuous improvement are managed while working closely with the Scrum Master.
You will also be a key adviser and decision maker, responsible for incident management, team management, and managing and mitigating risks in a 24/7 support structure.
Clear and concise communication skills, engagement, negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving high customer service levels are essential for success in this position.
Your skills and experience Demonstrated experience as an SDM (or similar) in a large support contract, bonus if you have direct experience within NZ Government.
Good fundamental knowledge of ICT infrastructure and applications (either hands-on experience or education).
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
You are personable and confident and can easily change your approach to suit your audience.
An operational and strategic approach, being able to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, capability, and resolve complex issues.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to pass a Government security clearance process.
