**Ko tō tūranga - your role**:
Our Service Delivery Manager will take ownership of the service relationship, ensuring that Vodafone, customer and 3rd party services and resources are all aligned to enable successful service delivery, value, and management outcomes for the customer and for Vodafone. In this role you will get the opportunity to work with new products & services, exciting clients and work with leaders who are focused on developing your career

**Ko tō mahi - what you’ll do**:

- Build and grow relationship both internally and with the customer to deliver trust, simplicity and speed.
- Represent Vodafone through customer management and act as an escalation point to address service management issues.
- Actively interface with all teams within Enterprise to ensure the ongoing development of the Service Delivery capability across the Service Management and Business Delivery teams.
- Proactively drive continuous service value, management and delivery improvements.
- Looks for growth in the account and identifies and assists in the preparation and presentation of business case/solutions relating to those growth opportunities.
- Interface and lead at the operational and strategic levels of the customers' organisation.

- A positive outlook and a passion for customer experience and delivery excellence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Technical qualifications or qualification in ITIL.
- A technical background with experience working in a similar industry.
- Project management or operations management experience would be advantageous.
- A solution focused approach with strengths in problem solving.
