Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Accounts Accrual and Cash Flow: Monitor and manage accounts accrual and cash flow, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance and forecasts.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and administrative support.
Resourcing: Collaborate with producers to manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring project deadlines and budget requirements are met.
Basic HR Functions: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts team and producers to support financial planning and project management.
You must have:
Self-management skills
Previous minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field, OR a relevant level 4 or higher qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience with a can-do attitude Goal-oriented and strong work ethics
