Clara Café Silverdale is a busy café located in north Auckland.
We are currently looking for one full-time café manager to join our dedicated team as soon as possible.
 
Key responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations of the cafe
Monitoring and managing the cafe's budget, ensuring financial goals are met
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Creating and managing staff schedules
Collaborating with the chef or kitchen staff to develop and update the menu
Planning and organising functions
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing customer inquiries and complaints
Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
Taking reservations and assisting in serving customers

 
Requirements:
·      A diploma in relevant field or at least 3 years of relevant experience
·      Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role
The employee will work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and must be available to work on weekends, the employee is also required to work both early morning and late night shifts.
The hourly rate ranges from $27 to $30.
Candidates must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand resident visa holders.
