About the role: As a key member of our SAP Practice, you will be across both new implementation projects, where you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
You will also be able to provide SAP S/4 HANA support to existing customers.
You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.
Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Provide expertise in SAP S/4 HANA architecture, data modelling, and technical components including administration via CBC (Central Business Client), Fiori, ABAP, CDS Views, Datasphere, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), ALM (Application Lifecycle Management, BTP (Business Technology Platform), OData services, and of course, SAP S/4 HANA.
Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs within the SAP landscape.
Configure and customize SAP modules and applications according to client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Conduct technical assessments, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of SAP systems.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the SAP landscape.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage SAP system security, including user access control, authorization management, and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor system health and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime.
Collaborate with third-party vendors, partners, and SAP support teams as needed to resolve technical issues and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.
Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori UI5 development ABAP programming CDS Views OData services BTP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) SAP HANA database Strong understanding of SAP deployment and development methodologies (i.e Activate and CAP or Dev Ops), tools, and best practices.
Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP technologies is a plus.
Skills:·      Ability to manage multiple problems at once and prioritize issues.·      Good time management and communication skills.·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.·      Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.·      Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-development.
