About the Role As Associate Director - Accounting Services you will be responsible for leading teams, and directions for Accounting Services within Datacom's Finance Shared Services.
What you'll do As Associate Director - Accounting Services you will: Oversee accounting processes & activities including financial controls, ensuring reported results comply with accounting principles & IFRS and providing financial analysis Manage Month End Close, related Reporting and Audits Drive and delivery performance reporting analysis for the Business and Business Finance Partners Engage and collaborate with the Business, Stakeholders, and internal partners Develop and build depth across the Team and mentor & coach others Maintain a high standard of documentation for financial processes, including but not limited to Reconciliations, Audits, Tax and other Regulatory reporting requirements Implement appropriate accounting policies and procedures in compliance with internal policies, accounting principles & IFRS Participate in and ensure any new finance systems, system enhancements and process improvements are implemented smoothly and on time Continuously seek opportunities for improvements and drive efficiencies Assist with additional adhoc task as and when required.
What you'll bring Join us in this critical and challenging role, where you'll bring extensive experience as a senior finance manager leading an accounting function within a complex, corporate environment.
You must be CA qualified and passionate about leading an efficient & effective accounting services team.
