This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in property management, keen on maintaining and enhancing asset value while delivering outstanding service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and fit for purpose.
Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing maintenance needs, overseeing timely rent and outgoings payments, and managing lease compliance.
Execute lease negotiations and renewals, initiate rent reviews, and maintain favorable terms for property owners.
Build and sustain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage property budgets, including operating costs and capital expenditure, while providing monthly portfolio reports to clients.
Work alongside asset management to support strategic property decisions and align with investment priorities.
Uphold compliance with health and safety standards and maintain comprehensive property records using property management software.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in commercial property management with a strong understanding of lease agreements, property law, and tenant management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
Commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture and adhering to health and safety practices.
This position is ideal for a highly organized property management professional eager to contribute to a reputable property management team while enhancing the value and efficiency of managed assets.
