We are seeking a talented and proactive Clinical Trials Feasibility Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is essential in positioning PCRN to win valuable clinical trials through strategic feasibility assessments and compelling presentations of our capabilities. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to secure trial opportunities, showcasing our network's strengths and ensuring we consistently put our best foot forward with sponsors and CROs to be awarded these trials.

Why This Role Matters

As our Clinical Trials Feasibility Specialist, you will be instrumental in evaluating and analysing the viability of clinical trial protocols across multiple therapeutic areas. Your comprehensive feasibility assessments will ensure successful inclusion of PCRN in trials, ultimately supporting our organisation's goal of bringing new treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Feasibility Strategy:

  1. Lead feasibility analysis activities for assigned clinical trials
  2. Gather and evaluate historical performance data, patient populations, and competitive trial landscape
  3. Develop feasibility RFPs and content to support PCRN inclusion
  4. Conduct country-specific research on regulatory requirements, Standard of Care and patient availability
  5. Work with sites to progress through the Site Selection phase and ensure documentation completion

Client Engagement:

  1. Build strong relationships with pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs to advocate for site inclusion
  2. Showcase site capabilities and performance metrics to potential sponsors
  3. Negotiate and influence sponsor decisions regarding site selection
  4. Implement strategies to increase site visibility in the clinical trials landscape
  5. Represent our organisation at industry events and sponsor meetings
  6. Track and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies and outcomes
What we're looking for:
  1. 2+ years of experience preferably in clinical research, with focus on feasibility assessment
  2. Understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
  4. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on being highly responsive
  5. Strong project management abilities and multi-tasking capabilities
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  7. Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
  8. Strategic relationship building capabilities
  9. Commercial awareness of the clinical trials industry
  10. Excellent analytical and statistical interpretation skills
  11. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  12. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
