About the job

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping the future of hearing care?

As a Business Improvement Specialist at Triton Hearing, you'll play a key role in enhancing processes, driving continuous improvement, and implementing change initiatives that improve business performance and client outcomes.

  1. Collaborate with leadership teams and the wider business to identify and address continuous improvement opportunities
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements using data analysis and industry insights
  3. Design and lead change management initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the adoption of new processes and technologies
  4. Work closely with leaders to support employees through change, ensuring seamless transitions and positive engagement
  5. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed standardised processes and ensure consistent application across all clinics
  6. Support business insights and reporting to guide decision-making and performance improvements.

About you

You're a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and change management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels to drive meaningful business outcomes.

You bring:

  1. Ability to understand business strategy and identify improvement opportunities
  2. Demonstrated experience in process and continuous improvement
  3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams
  4. Strong change management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and embedding change initiatives
  5. Experience managing projects and initiatives with organisation-wide impact
  6. A consultative approach and a drive to make a difference.
