About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the CEO & Operations Manager's trusted partner, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are aligned with business priorities. From managing dynamic calendars to coordinating travel, preparing high-level presentations, and handling personal tasks, you'll be the engine behind their productivity and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Own the CEO's schedule, prepare materials, and ensure they are always a step ahead.
  • Communication Mastery: Be the gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communications.
  • Travel Coordination: Create seamless travel experiences by managing all logistics with precision.
  • Presentation & Documentation: Craft compelling slides and organize meeting notes to drive clarity and action.
  • Personal Support: Tackle personal errands, from scheduling home services to purchasing items.
  • Efficiency Champion: Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions.
  • Recruitment Support: Help operations team to screen candidates and arrange interviews.
  • Operations Support: Office & administration tasks to support the day to day operations of the business.

About You

You're a self-starter who thrives in an environment that values excellence and ownership. You bring energy, precision, and professionalism to everything you do.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in a similar role.
  • You are based in Auckland with the ability to work in the CBD 2 days a week and 3 days flexi.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs and build relationships.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
