Approximate pay: $35 - $45 per hour

Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Health and Safety Compliance: Coordinate and maintain compliance with our H&S.
  2. Inspections: Complete regular on-site H&S inspections and work with our H&S provider. Be the key liaison between them and our team.
  3. System improvements: Develop and implement new and better ways for on-site safety.
  4. Construction Support: Actively participate in weekly meetings, organize and price builds when required, track invoicing through Xero, and manage our pre-handover and post-handover system.
  5. Council consents: Work closely with our draftsmen to ensure the consenting process is efficient.
  6. Code of Compliance Certificates: Collate, submit, and track CCC documentation with the relevant Council.
  7. Training: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
