Approximate pay: $35 - $45 per hour
DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Health and Safety Compliance: Coordinate and maintain compliance with our H&S.
- Inspections: Complete regular on-site H&S inspections and work with our H&S provider. Be the key liaison between them and our team.
- System improvements: Develop and implement new and better ways for on-site safety.
- Construction Support: Actively participate in weekly meetings, organize and price builds when required, track invoicing through Xero, and manage our pre-handover and post-handover system.
- Council consents: Work closely with our draftsmen to ensure the consenting process is efficient.
- Code of Compliance Certificates: Collate, submit, and track CCC documentation with the relevant Council.
- Training: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Client focus: Understand the importance of clients to our brand and make the client your primary focus.
- One team: Understand your role within the team and encourage collective success.
- Safety first: Operate intuitively with health and safety in mind.
