We are seeking an experienced qualified builder and hammer hand to assist with a project in Churton Park. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in residential building projects, a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, and the ability to manage construction sites efficiently.

As a qualified builder, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a residential/commercial project. From site preparation and framing to final finishes, your expertise will ensure this project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage construction project from start to finish
  • Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standard
  • Adhere to all H&S regulations, whilst maintaining a safe work environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
Key Requirements:
  • A current New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) qualification.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
