Your Focus

As a Franchise Relationship Manager, you'll be instrumental in strengthening and growing our café network. You'll work closely with our franchisees to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence, ensuring each café thrives as a successful local business. This role is a unique mix of strategic leadership and hands-on support, giving you the opportunity to lead change, build strong relationships, and make a real impact within a brand that is proudly New Zealand.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, drive innovation, and support franchisees in achieving their goals.

Your Profile

You're a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving. With experience in multi-site management, franchise operations, or key account management, you're comfortable balancing big-picture improvements with day-to-day franchisee support. You have a grasp of business financials, compliance, and operational efficiencies, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive innovation, and manage projects effectively makes you a perfect fit for this role. If you have experience in franchise management, you'll hit the ground running.
