We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Support/Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scheduling, clerical and administrative support to senior clinical and management teams and activity co-ordination within designated services.
The ideal candidate will have three years of secondary education or relevant work experience, experience working in a team administration or customer service role, and a positive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. They will also have well-developed communication and critical thinking skills and intermediate to advanced ability in Microsoft applications.
Duties
- Provide scheduling, clerical and administrative support to senior clinical and management teams
- Coordinate activities within designated services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
